Changzhou factory was established in 2000, HK office was set up in 2008, and Shanghai company was set up in 2009.And still today CEDL plays a huge part in the textile industry in a small industrial city called Changzhou.We can in fact most definitely say that the "Linen born" started with CEDL mill life.
